Questions
What vaccination records are required for pet boarding?
Dogs need Bordetella, Distemper, Parvo, Rabies, and recommended CIV vaccines. Cats require FVRCP and Rabies with FeLV recommended. Proof must be provided 5-10 days prior to boarding.
Can I tour the facility before boarding my pet?
Yes, facility tours are available between 11AM-3PM daily. We recommend scheduling in advance to ensure availability during your preferred time slot.
What are your holiday operating hours?
We're closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day for check-ins/check-outs. Holiday boarding requires a 2-night minimum with peak season rates applying during major holidays.
