Questions
What vaccinations are required for pet boarding?
All guests must have up-to-date Rabies, Bordetella, Distemper Parvo Combo, and Canine Influenza vaccinations. Records must be provided by your veterinarian prior to check-in.
Can I bring my pet's personal items?
We accept dog food, medications, and one small toy. We provide bedding and water bowls to maintain sanitation standards and prevent loss during cleaning routines.
How are playgroups organized?
Playgroups are separated by size to ensure safety. Staff monitors interactions and provides alternative activities for pets needing individual attention or private playtime.
What special services are available?
We offer grooming packages, training programs, and extended stay discounts. Additional services include bedtime stories, private play sessions, and customized meal plans for special dietary needs.
How do you handle medical emergencies?

What checkout options exist?
Boarding checkout is at 11:00 AM daily. Late checkout until 6:30 PM is available for $19 per pet. Daycare guests must be picked up by 6:30 PM to avoid overnight boarding charges.
