Questions
What size dogs do you accommodate?
We specialize in small dogs 35 lbs and under with height restrictions of 18" at the shoulders. We may make exceptions for height-compliant dogs slightly exceeding the weight limit.
Do you accept puppies?
Yes, we board puppies three months and older who have completed their initial vaccination series, including the Bordetella vaccine administered at least 10 days prior to boarding.
What are your check-in/check-out procedures?
We operate like a hotel with check-ins after 3 PM and check-outs before 10 AM. Early check-ins and late check-outs are available for an additional $20 fee per pup.
What should I bring for my dog's stay?
Please bring food (with extra for schedule changes), washable comfort items, and medications in original packaging. We provide raised beds and blankets but welcome familiar items to comfort your pet.
How are play sessions organized?
Daily play sessions are structured by size and play style to ensure safety. Certified staff monitor interactions, while dogs preferring solitude receive individual playtime with staff members throughout the day.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash and credit card payments for boarding services. Unfortunately, we cannot process checks as a payment method at this time.
