We only conduct private walks with one dog per walker to ensure focused attention and customized care based on each pet's specific needs.
Should we expect the same walker every day?
Full-time clients receive consistent walkers with advance notice for changes. Flex-schedule clients get maximum consistency with occasional substitutions based on availability.
Are your team members employees or contractors?
All team members are W-2 employees with background checks and training, not independent contractors, ensuring service quality and accountability.
Will my dog be walked at the same time daily?
We aim for consistent timing but request a one-hour window for full-time services and two-hour window for flex scheduling due to NYC's unpredictable conditions.
Are services available on weekends and holidays?
Yes, with premium pricing for weekend and holiday services. Additional fees apply for after-hours walks and major holidays like Thanksgiving and New Year's Day.
What happens if I need to cancel a walk?
Cancellations after 5pm the day before incur $12-$15 fees. Same-day cancellations within two hours of service time charge full rate, with exceptions for emergencies.
