What services require advance reservations?
Lodging and training services require advance reservations. Daycare and grooming can often accommodate walk-ins but appointments ensure dedicated service time.
Do you offer after-hours pet supervision?
While our main hours are 7:30am-5:30pm, staff remain on-site after hours for pet care oversight and emergency response.
What vaccination records are required?
Dogs need DHLLP, Rabies, and Bordatella; cats require FVRCP and Rabies. Records must be current and provided before service commencement.
Can I bring my pet's personal items?
Yes, we encourage bringing labeled toys (larger than tennis balls) and food. We provide bedding and bowls but will store personal items securely.
How do you handle special needs pets?
Our staff receives specialized training to accommodate pets with medical or behavioral needs. Individualized care plans ensure proper attention for all requirements.
