We maintain this system to ensure proper staff availability and pet safety. When unattended, dogs are kept in secure areas, and appointments allow us to prepare for smooth transitions between guests.
Why do I often get voice mail when calling?
Our priority remains direct pet supervision. Staff cannot leave playgroups to answer calls, but we check messages promptly and return all inquiries as quickly as possible.
What should I bring for my pet's stay?
Bring food portioned in labeled baggies, collar, and leash. We provide bedding, toys, and bowls. Extra food is recommended due to increased activity levels during their stay.
Do you offer grooming services?
Yes, we provide professional grooming including baths, nail clipping, ear cleaning, and our popular blueberry facial treatment. Services can be added to stays or booked separately.
What are the requirements for unneutered male dogs?
Dogs over 6 months generally require spaying/neutering for safety and sanitation. Exceptions may be made for puppies in our socialization program with additional management protocols.
