In 1996, Joette White began working for the company as a pet sitter, and then in 2000, she purchased the company from the original owner.
Naturally driven to provide superior customer service, Joette focused on making Park Cities Pet Sitter the best pet care company in the Metroplex.
Part of those efforts include a strong servant leadership philosophy, which essentially means taking great care of her employees and helping them be successful in their jobs.

All non-emergency calls that come in overnight between 5pm and 9am, during weekdays, will be responded to ASAP during regular business hours.
All non-emergency calls that come in on Saturday and Sunday will be responded to the ASAP next business day, during regular office hours.
ALL EMERGENCY CALLS OR LAST MINUTE REQUESTS THAT COME IN AFTER 10PM will be responded to the following morning ASAP.

They must have great character, are able to work independently, are detail-oriented, follow directions, communicate well and enjoy working outside.
