What are your operating hours?
We operate 24 hours daily with scheduled pick-up/drop-off between 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. every day of the year.
What should I bring for my pet's stay?
Please provide your pet's food, treats, and collar/leash. We supply all bedding and toys in our home-like environment.
What are your cancellation policies?
We require 48-hour notice for cancellations. Reservations canceled with less notice will be charged for reserved dates.
How do you handle pet health safety?
We recommend avoiding other dogs 15 days prior to stays and use natural cleaning products to minimize disease transmission risks.
