Dogs receive four daily play sessions, breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Playtime includes individual and group activities tailored to each dog's energy level and socialization needs.
What are your boarding requirements?
All dogs must have current vaccinations, including Bordetella and Rabies. Proof must be submitted at least 24 hours before drop-off via our portal, email, or fax.
What should I bring for my dog's stay?
Bring pre-bagged food and any medications. We provide bedding, bowls, and basic treats, but you may bring up to six personal toys for comfort.
What are your cancellation policies?
Cancellations within 48 hours of check-in incur a $130 fee. Early pickups require 48-hour notice to avoid charges for originally booked days.
Do you offer after-hours pick-up?
We do not provide after-hours pick-up. Standard hours are Monday-Friday 7:30 AM-5:30 PM and Saturday-Sunday 8:30 AM-4:30 PM.
