Located separately from dog areas for feline comfort, our cat boarding includes 24-hour supervision and medication administration. Owners may bring personal items to enhance their cat's stay.

What are your check-in/check-out times?
Monday-Friday from 9:00 AM to 2:30 PM. Closed Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays with no exceptions.
Do you require vaccination records?
Yes, we require current rabies, bordatella, and distemper/parvo vaccinations for dogs, and rabies and FVRCP for cats, preferably two weeks prior to boarding.
Can I bring my pet's own food?
Yes, you may bring your pet's regular food to maintain their diet. Please label containers with your pet's name and feeding instructions.
How do you handle pet emergencies?
We contact owners and emergency contacts first. If unreachable, we coordinate with our affiliated daytime and 24-hour emergency veterinarians while keeping owners informed.
Are pets from different families kept separate?
Yes, we maintain strict separation between pets from different households for safety, with private runs and condos for each animal group.
Do you offer discounts for multiple pets?
Yes, we provide a 50% discount for the second dog from the same household when boarding in the same run.
