What happens during the Meet & Greet assessment?
New pets undergo temperament evaluation, health check, and play style assessment. This 48-hour pre-boarding evaluation helps determine appropriate playgroup placement and special care requirements for each pet.
Do you offer grooming services beyond basic bathing?
Our spa services include bathing, nail trimming, and skin treatments but do not provide hair cutting or full grooming services at this time.
How do you handle pets with special dietary needs?
