What are your drop-off and pickup hours?
Summer hours: 6:30-7:00 AM drop-off, 4:00-5:30 PM pickup. Winter hours: 7:30-8:00 AM drop-off, same pickup times. Please call 10 minutes ahead.
Do you accept dogs with special needs?
Yes, we accommodate dogs with physical disabilities or behavioral needs through customized care plans and medication administration.
How are playgroups organized?
Playgroups are divided by personality and compatibility, not size, ensuring safe interactions between dogs of all temperaments.
What vaccinations are required?
All guests must have current Rabies, DHPP, and Bordetella vaccinations. Female dogs in heat are not accepted.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations require 3 days' notice for standard bookings. Christmas and Thanksgiving reservations are non-refundable and confirmed 30 days in advance.
How do you handle emergencies?
Staff are onsite 24/7 to address emergencies. Owners must authorize medical care exceeding $1,000, after which they assume responsibility for treatment arrangements.
