What are your vaccination requirements?
Rabies vaccination is required by law. We recommend Bordetella vaccination to protect against kennel cough. Proof of current rabies vaccination is needed before your dog's first grooming appointment.
Do you offer puppy grooming services?
Yes! We provide introductory puppy baths and grooms for dogs 5 months and younger. These sessions focus on positive desensitization to grooming equipment and procedures to create lifelong comfortable grooming experiences.
What happens if I need to cancel an appointment?
We require 48-hour notice for cancellations. Missed appointments or late cancellations incur fees: $25 first offense, 50% of groom cost second offense, and 100% third offense. Multiple violations may require prepayment.
What specialized grooming options do you offer?
We provide nail grinding, tooth brushing, anal gland expression, and specialized shampoo treatments including hypoallergenic, oatmeal & aloe, and medicated formulas. These services can be added to any grooming package.
How do you handle difficult or anxious dogs?
Our kennel-free environment reduces stress. Groomers use patient handling techniques and take breaks as needed. For severely anxious dogs, we recommend discussing options with our team to create a customized approach.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards and cash payments. Payment is due at the time of service. Late cancellations and no-shows will be charged according to our cancellation policy.
