What vaccination records are required for boarding?
All pets must show proof of Rabies, Bordetella, DHLPP, K9 Influenza, and Leptospirosis vaccinations before check-in.
Can I tour the facility before boarding?
Yes, we offer kennel tours daily from 10am-1pm by appointment only through our website or phone.
Do you accommodate pets with special needs?
We provide private playtimes and modified environments for senior pets or those with medical restrictions, but cannot accept pets requiring injections.
What happens during holiday periods?
Holiday boarding requires $100 deposits, has adjusted pricing, and needs 10-day cancellation notice for refund eligibility.
Are there discounts available?
New clients receive 3.5% cash/check discount and package deals, with multi-pet rates for boarding and daycare services.
