Do you accept new clients?
Yes! We offer a 25% discount on the initial exam for new clients and welcome the opportunity to care for your pet with personalized, Fear Free approaches.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept cash, checks, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Apple Pay, and CareCredit. Unfortunately, we do not accept American Express or offer in-house payment plans.
What are your hours of operation?
We are open Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM and closed on weekends. Appointments are preferred for timely service.
Do you offer emergency veterinary services?
While we are a general practice clinic, we collaborate with specialists and local emergency hospitals to ensure pets receive urgent care when needed outside our operating hours.
