What are your check-in/check-out hours?
Monday-Friday 8AM-10AM & 3PM-5PM, Saturday 8AM-10AM, Sunday 8AM-10AM & 5PM-6PM. Check-out must occur by 10AM to avoid additional charges.
What vaccines are required for boarding?
We require current Rabies, Distemper, Parvo, and Bordetella vaccinations. We recommend Bordetella at least two weeks prior to boarding for puppies and senior dogs.
Do you offer multi-dog discounts?
Yes, we provide discounted rates for multiple dogs from the same owner staying in standard rooms.
Can I get late/early pick-up assistance?
Special arrangements require prior owner approval and incur a $10.00 surcharge outside regular business hours.
How are daily charges calculated?
Check-in day counts as full day regardless of time. Check-out after 10AM incurs additional day charges. Our system operates like traditional hotel billing.
