Celia's Five-Star Canine Resort

We have operated Celia's Five-Star Canine Resort for more than 14 years, providing specialized in-home canine care to families across the Bellevue and Medina, Washington area. We intentionally limit the number of dogs we accept at one time to guarantee every resort guest receives personalized, one-on-one attention from our family throughout their stay. We operate out of our private waterfront home, which includes a large fully enclosed garden that wraps around the property for safe, supervised off-leash play. All of our dog guests sleep inside our home overnight to ensure their safety, comfort, and consistent monitoring during evening hours. We provide structured daily walks through the nearby Fairweather Nature Preserve and Medina Park to support physical exercise and mental enrichment for all guests. We require a mandatory meet-and-greet appointment with every dog prior to booking to confirm compatibility with our existing guest group and prevent behavioral conflicts.

We hold full licensing and insurance for professional pet care services, adhering to all local regulatory standards for animal welfare and safety. We offer flexible drop-off and pick-up windows between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM, with discounted half-price options for early drop-off and late pick-up to accommodate client schedules. We provide complimentary transport to local veterinarians, groomers, dog parks, or client homes as a standard part of our service offering at no extra charge. Our team is trained to support the unique needs of dogs of all sizes, breeds, ages, and temperaments, from young puppies to senior pets with medical needs. We are committed to full transparency with all clients, offering access to our photo album of past and present guests and regular updates on their pets stay. We require a non-refundable deposit equivalent to one day of service to secure all bookings, ensuring we can dedicate the appropriate resources to each guest.
