Are services available during holidays?
Yes, we operate year-round with a $5 holiday surcharge per visit. Standard rates apply for Christmas, Thanksgiving, and other major holidays within our service area.
How are cancellations handled?
Cancellations require 48-hour notice for half-rate charges. Less than 24-hour notice incurs full service fees. Emergency situations are evaluated case-by-case with documentation requirements.
Do you provide overnight care?
Overnight stays (10 hours) available for $100. Includes continuous monitoring, midnight feedings, and emergency response capabilities. Reservations recommended two weeks in advance for peak periods.
What payment methods are accepted?
Cash (prepaid), checks (prepaid), PayPal, and Venmo. All payments due at service completion. 8% sales tax applies to New York-based services as required by law.
