Business Details
We are Lucky Cat & Dog Pet Care, a locally trusted pet care provider founded on a lifelong passion for animal welfare. Our founder Jenny discovered her calling to work with animals at an early age, beginning with dog walking and pet sitting for neighbors in the 1980s. We have 18 years of operational experience serving the Calabasas, California community and surrounding areas. Our teams expertise is rooted in formal veterinary science education, with Jenny earning Deans List recognition during her studies at Pierce College. We apply practical, evidence-based knowledge of animal health, behavior, anatomy, and physiology to every interaction with the pets in our care. This specialized veterinary background gives us a distinct edge over generalist pet care providers in our region.
We are committed to delivering personalized, reliable care tailored to each pets unique needs and temperament. Our service area covers Calabasas, Agoura Hills, West Hills, Woodland Hills, Hidden Hills, Bell Canyon, Westlake Village, Oak Park, and adjacent neighborhoods. We prioritize transparency with clients, providing regular updates and detailed care reports for all sitting and walking services. Our commitment to safety includes carrying protective gear such as whistles and pepper spray on all walks to mitigate risks from local wildlife. We adhere to strict professional standards, including prompt waste disposal and adherence to each pets specific exercise and care requirements.
