Obedient Paws

Founded in 2013, Obedient Paws has established itself as a trusted leader in dog training, boarding, and daycare services. Our owner, a certified professional with over two decades of experience in dog behavior and training, brings a unique blend of academic knowledge and hands-on expertise to every client interaction. We specialize in obedience training, boot camp programs, and behavioral correction, utilizing evidence-based methods refined through participation in the Fidos for Freedom Assistance Dog Program. Our facility features a 1/3-acre secure training area, climate-controlled indoor spaces, and 24/7 video surveillance to ensure safety and transparency. We prioritize owner education, offering private lessons that teach clear communication techniques to establish lasting behavioral changes.

With a focus on positive reinforcement and structured socialization, we address common issues like aggression, fear, and destructive behavior while preparing dogs for real-world challenges. Our services cater to puppies and adult dogs of all breeds, with flexible scheduling options including weekend availability. We maintain rigorous health protocols requiring up-to-date vaccinations and parasite prevention for all boarded animals. Our commitment to quality has earned recognition through multiple Angie's List Super Service Awards, and we remain active members of the Association of Professional Dog Trainers. Whether addressing basic obedience or complex behavioral issues, we combine technical expertise with compassionate care to strengthen the human-canine bond.
