Our Bath + Brush service includes premium shampoo and conditioner, blueberry facial treatment, fluff drying, brushing, nail trimming and filing, ear cleaning, finishing scent, and a bow or bandana. This foundational service ensures your pet's coat remains clean, tangle-free, and well-maintained between full grooming sessions.
Tidy Up
The Tidy Up package builds on Bath + Brush with paw trimming, sanitary area grooming, and light face trimming. Designed for regular maintenance between full haircuts, this service helps preserve your pet's appearance while preventing matting and discomfort through targeted grooming in high-maintenance areas.
Full Groom
Full Groom includes everything in Bath + Brush plus a custom haircut tailored to your pet's breed, coat type, and style preferences. Our professional groomers create precise, aesthetically pleasing cuts while maintaining coat health and comfort, with special attention to breed-specific standards and owner specifications.
Nail Trim Only
This specialized service focuses exclusively on nail trimming for dogs and cats. Regular nail maintenance prevents overgrowth-related discomfort, improves mobility, and reduces injury risks. Our technicians use professional tools to ensure safe, stress-free trimming for pets of all temperaments.
Latch-Key Service
Latch-Key Service allows pet owners to schedule appointments without being present during grooming. Do you offer mobile grooming services for large dogs?
We service dogs up to 80 pounds. Pets over 80 pounds are not accepted for any grooming services due to safety and equipment limitations.
What are your parking requirements for mobile grooming?
We require a parking spot at least 30 feet long on level ground, free of overhead obstructions, to safely accommodate our truck and trailer.
Can I stay with my pet during grooming?
For safety and efficiency, we discourage owners from staying. Pets often become distracted or anxious with owners present, which can prolong the process and increase stress.
What happens if my pet is severely matted?
We will not demat severely matted pets due to pain risks. Instead, we offer a shave-down using the longest safe blade length to preserve coat integrity while eliminating mats.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, debit/credit cards, Venmo, and Apple Cash. Checks are no longer accepted as of our last policy update.
What are your cancellation policies?
We require 24-hour notice for cancellations. Failure to provide adequate notice results in a $25 fee, while no-shows incur a $50 charge to cover operational costs.
