We require current Distemper, Rabies, and Bordetella (kennel cough) vaccinations, with records updated at least one week prior to arrival.
Do you offer playtime for boarded pets?
Yes, all guests receive daily potty walks and one-on-one play sessions. Suite guests get additional playtime in our secure indoor/outdoor facilities.
Can I tour the facility before boarding?
We welcome facility tours during business hours. Please call ahead to ensure availability and proper orientation to our services.
What pet food options are available?
We offer Fromm and Evangers premium foods, with accommodations for special dietary needs. Our retail store carries multiple high-quality brands for purchase.
