Giselle was very good with Rizzo. She totally understood her and needs. Today was Exceptional - our dog's name is Allie. Allie had trouble with the dryers, nail clipping and the matte's on her ear last time but she had no difficulty this time. Patience, calmness and professionalism was awesome and will return again. We have used Giselle many many times
