What training methods do you use?
We use 100% force-free methods based on operant conditioning, including positive reinforcement and clicker training. No aversive tools or punishment-based techniques are ever used.
Do you offer virtual training options?
Yes, we provide live online classes and private consultations through Google Meet. Virtual sessions maintain the same quality of instruction as in-person training while offering greater flexibility.
What areas do you serve?
We primarily serve Cuyahoga County with limited availability in Lorain and Medina Counties. Group classes are held at our Cleveland facility, with virtual options available statewide.
Are vaccinations required for group classes?
Yes, all dogs must be current on DHLPP, Rabies, and Bordatella vaccinations. Proof of vaccination from your veterinarian is required before attending any group session.
What happens if my dog shows aggression?
Dogs displaying true aggression will be removed from group settings. We offer specialized private consultations for aggressive behavior with customized safety protocols and behavior modification plans.
Do you offer discounts for shelter dogs?
Yes, we provide a $10 discount for dogs adopted from shelters or rescue organizations within six months of program start. Proof of adoption is required to receive this discount.
